Lexland Properties offers "owner financing" to qualified buyers. To qualify we require simple credit verification. Your application will be processed within 24 hours. If you like we can process your infomation over the phone. Upon approval, you will enter into a contract with Lexland Properties for the purchase of your property, at which time, a down payment of 5% of the sales price will be required.   You will receive a monthly payment book and return envelopes. You may refinance with another lender or payoff your property in full at any time without penalty.  It's that easy.  Just fill out the credit application and send it to us.
